This service includes a home styling consultation where you will be provided with personalised advice and simple styling tasks for you to complete (eg. decluttering a bookshelf) before the styling session. Soft furnishings and décor items will then be added to the main living areas to make them pop. Items are available for a minimum of 4 weeks, with flexible extensions to suit your timeline, additional rooms can be included as desired. These thoughtful updates create a warm, appealing space that captures buyers’ attention and boosts your home’s value.

Our Essentials Styling Package is designed to highlight your home’s most important spaces with maximum impact. It begins with an in-home consultation, to understand your property and plan the perfect look to appeal to your target buyers. This package includes full set-up and pack-down of carefully curated furniture and décor, styling three key rooms to create a warm, inviting, and market-ready atmosphere. This package includes a minimum four-week hire period, with the option to extend week-by-week.

All packages include a minimum four-week hire period, with the flexibility to extend week-by-week, giving you the time you need to achieve the best possible sale.
