Clients are responsible for property access, care of furnishings, and implementation of advice
2.6 Refundable Deposits
Home Refresh Package, The Essentials Styling Package, The Premium Open Home Package, require a refundable deposit to secure booking
Deposits are refundable under the conditions outlined in the Refunds & Service Guarantee Policy
2.7 Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Alchemy is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of services or the website
ACL rights cannot be excluded

3.3 Change of Mind
Refunds or credits are not available for change of mind once services have commenced
3.4 Client Responsibilities
Refunds may not apply if issues arise from:
Low-quality or unsuitable photographs
Failure to provide property access, information, or approvals
Changes in circumstances preventing service delivery
3.5 Digital Styling
Refunds only available for services failing to meet agreed standards or major problems under ACL
Minor variations in styled images are not grounds for refund
3.6 Styling Consultations
Fees are non-refundable once the session has occurred
Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice; failure to attend may forfeit the fee
3.7 Home Refresh & Staging Packages
A refundable deposit is required to secure the booking
Deposits are refunded if:
Cancellation occurs within the agreed timeframe prior to service commencement
Services cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside client control
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after service has commenced or if terms of service are not met
Refunds for the remainder of service fees apply only where services fail to meet ACL guarantees
Clients are responsible for care of staged items during the engagement
3.8 Requesting a Refund
Requests must be submitted in writing to hello@home-alchemy.com.au, including:
